藏族大学生生活压力与问题行为关系

Relationship between life stress and problem behaviors among Tibetan university students

  • 摘要: 目的探讨藏族大学生生活压力与问题行为关系,为藏族大学生心理健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用生活经验问卷和青少年问题行为问卷对399名藏族大学生进行问卷调查。结果(1)藏族大学生生活压力各维度与问题行为各维度之间均存在相关关系(均P<0.01);(2)生活压力的学业压力维度对学业适应不良(β=-0.209)和考试焦虑(β=-0.284)2个维度有明显影响;同伴人际关系维度对退缩(β=-0.252)和神经质(β=-0.243)2个维度有明显影响;异性关系发展对攻击行为(β=-0.146)和违纪(β=-0.306)2个维度有明显影响;生活压力的自我认同与期许维度对学业适应不良(β=-0.213)、退缩(β=-0.293)、神经质(β=-0.233)和考试焦虑(β=-0.293)4个维度有明显影响。结论藏族大学生生活压力会影响行为问题的产生,学校健康教育工作应帮助学生减少各种生活压力源,防止偏差行为出现。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore the relationship betwee life stress and problem behaviors among Tibetan university students and to provide scientific basis for psychological health education. MethodsWe investigated 400 Tibetan college students with life stress scale and teenage behavior questionnaire. ResultsLife stress and problem behaviors were positively correlated(all P<0.01) in the students.The study and life stress had significant effect on school maladjustment(β=-0.209) and test anxiety(β=-0.284).Peer relationships affected retreat(β=-0.252) and neuroticism significantly(β=-0.243).The development of the relationship between male and female had significant influence on attack(β=-0.146) and discipline (β=-0.306).Self-identity and self-expectation of life pressure affected four dimensions of school maladjustment(β=-0.213),withdrawn(β=-0.293),neuroticism(β=-0.233) and test anxiety(β=-0.293). ConclusionLife stress influences the generation of problem behavior among Tibetan college students.
