海南汉族健康人群GSTT1、GSTM1基因多态性分析

Genetic polymorphisms of human GSTM1 and GSTT1 in Han nationality healthy population of Hainan province

  • 摘要: 目的探讨海南汉族人群谷胱甘肽S转移酶GSTM1基因和GSTT1基因多态性分布情况。方法应用多重PCR扩增方法检测147名汉族健康人群GSTM1基因型和GSTT1基因型。结果147名海南汉族人群中,GSTM1-基因型频率为56.5%(83/147),GSTT1-基因型频率为40.8%(60/147),GSTM1-/GSTT1-基因型频率为25.2%(37/147),2基因在正常人群中分布与年龄、性别无关,且相互独立无关联。结论海南汉族健康人群GSTM1基因和GSTT1基因多态性与不同地区正常人群之间存在一定差异性(P<0.01)。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the distribution of genetic polymorphisms of human glutathione.S transferase gene (GSTM1 and GSTT1) in Han nationality population of Hainan province. MethodsDNA fragments were amplified by multiplex polymerase chain reaction (multiplex PCR) and agarose gel electrophoresis was used to identify the genotypes of GSTM1 and GSTT1 gene.The data were analyzed with SPSS17.0 software. ResultsIn this study,the frequencies of GSTM1 null and GSTT1 null genotype were 56.5% and 40.8%,respectively,and the frequencies of the individuals with combination of GSTM1 null and GSTT1 null genotype were 25.2% in the population.There were no significant differences in the GSTM1 and GSTT1 genetic polymorphisms among the different groups of age or gender.There were no significant associations between the two genes in the normal population distribution and they were independent of each other.Genetic polymorphisms distribution was different in different ethnic,national and regional population. ConclusionBoth GSTM1 and GSTT1 genes exist polymorphisms in Han nationality population of Hainan province.
