Methods Totally 5 055 students aged 10-24 years were selected with multistage stratified cluster sampling from 24 high schools, vocational schools, colleges, and universities in Anyang municipality and a self-administered anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among the students with the Questionnaire on Health Related Behaviors for Chinese Adolescents issued by China Center for Disease Control and Prevention.

P<0.01) and the students in rural areas reported a higher incidence rate of suicide attempt than those in urban areas (
P<0.01);no gender difference was observed in the suicide attempt incidence rate (
P>0.05).There were high self-reported prevalence rates of stress (84.5%),loneliness (74.8%),and insomnia (65.1%) among the students. The results of logistic regression analyses revealed that from reconstituted family(odds ratio
