男男性行为者配偶艾滋病易感性及防治策略

A review on susceptibility and prevention strategies of HIV infection among heterosexual spouses of men who have sex with men

摘要: 随着中国艾滋病流行特点的转变，男男性行为者（MSM）逐渐受到公共卫生、社会学界等社会各界的关注。与此同时，另一个群体——“男男性行为者的异性配偶（简称同妻）”也逐渐引起相关学者的关注。由于MSM人群构成比增加迅猛，艾滋病病毒（HIV）感染率逐年上升，加之MSM人群与同妻的不安全性行为发生率高。因此，同妻极可能成为HIV潜在易感人群，但学术界对此说法尚存在争议，目前也未检索到有关同妻HIV易感性的实证研究报告。本文通过查阅2005-2016年国内外关于同妻的文献，对同妻HIV易感的原因、同妻艾滋病防治策略的最新进展做一综述。

Abstract: Along with the change in the characteristics of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) epidemic among Chinese,men who have sex with men (MSM) are gradually being concerned by the public health,legal and other sectors of the society.At the same time,heterosexual spouses of MSM (referred to gays' wives) have also gradually attracted the attention of scholars.Owing to the high HIV prevalence among MSM and high incidence of unsafe sexual behavior between MSM and gays' wives,gays' wives become much vulnerable to HIV.Through referring to domestic and foreign literature from 2005 to 2016 about gays' wives,the paper makes a summary on the susceptibility of gays' wives to HIV and AIDS prevention strategies in gays' wives.
