慢性缺氧对人体血清瘦素和激素水平的影响

Effect of high altitude chronic hypoxia on levels of human serum leptin and other hormones

  • 摘要:
      目的   探讨高原慢性缺氧对人体瘦素及与能量代谢相关激素水平的影响。
      方法   分别测定久居3个海拔高度(< 3000m、3000m~、4000m~)的正常成年人血清瘦素(Leptin)、胰岛素、生长激素水平。采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)进行测定。
      结果   久居不同海拔高度的人群体内瘦素水平差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。而胰岛素、生长激素水平差异有统计学意义, 但男女有差别, 男性胰岛素水平(P < 0.01)、女性生长激素水平(P < 0.05)在不同海拔高度组差异有统计学意义。并且随海拔高度的增加, 瘦素、胰岛素、生长激素水平男女均呈现低高低的变化规律。
      结论   高原慢性缺氧对人体瘦素水平影响不大, 但对其他与能量代谢相关激素有一定影响, 与缺氧程度可能无关。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To study the effect of chronic hypobaric hypoxia to the levels of human leptin and other hormones relating to energy metabolism.
      Methods   The levels of leptin, grouth hormone(GH)and insulin(INS)were measured in blood of healthy adults by ELISA method, Who lived in several high altitudes for long period, < 3 000 m(groupⅠ), 3 000 m(groupò), and 4 000 m-(groupⅢ)respectively.
      Results   Leptin levels were not different among the groups(P > 0.05).INS levels were different among the groups in men(P < 0.01), and GH levels were different among the groups in women(P < 0.05).With altitude increasing, the levels of leptin, GH and INS all ranged from low to high to low in men and women.Conclusion High altitude chrohic hypoxia might not effect on leptin, but had effect on other hormones relating to energy metabolism, and the effect might not ralate to the degree of chronic hypoxia at high altitude.
