植物-微生物联合修复污染土壤的研究

Study of plant-microorganism combined bioremediation on contaminated soil

  • 摘要:
      目的   探讨植物-微生物联合修复污染土壤的效果。
      方法   土培盆栽试验。
      结果   与供试微生物菌群较适合的植物是玉米, 其次是芥菜; 适合玉米的最适微生物菌的浓度是100mg/kg, 适合芥菜的最适微生物菌的浓度是50mg/kg。
      结论   植物-微生物联合修复是生物修复的一种有效的形式, 其关键是寻找较适合的植物-微生物匹配组合。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To investigate plan-tmicroorg anism combined bioremediation on the contaminated soil.
      Methods   Pot culture with soil.
      Results   The data indicated that the best partners between plant and microorganism in this study was Zea mays L and the following was Brassica Juncea(L)Zern et coss.The optimum concentration of EM used in this experiment for Zea mays L and Brassica Juncea(L)Zern et coss was 100 mg/kg(dry soil)and 50 mg/kg(dry soil), respectively.
      Conclusion   Plant-microorganism combined bioremediation is an efficient way to remediate contaminated soils, and the key is to seek the best matching partners between plant and microorganism.
