某污染企业搬迁替代方案的优化选择

Optimization of moving projects for a contaminative factory

  • 摘要:
      目的   通过选择最优化的搬迁替代方案解决污染企业对环境的危害。
      方法   根据搬迁企业新址与环境相协调, 减少污染, 同时兼顾企业和居民利益的原则, 制定4套治理搬迁方案(原地改造、就近拆迁、建隔离带、迁出新建), 从环境指标、投资费用、运营费用及百姓企业认可程度4个方面, 全面论证, 综合指标等级值最小者为最佳方案。
      结果   4套方案等级值分别为5, 6, 7, 11。
      结论   通过对各指标综合评比, 确定“建隔离带”方案为最优化方案。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To reduce the damage on environment caused by the contaminative factory through choosing the optimized moving project.
      Methods   4 sets of moving projects(reconstruction on the original site, moving to a nearby site, establishing segregation belt and reconstruction in a new site)were established according to the principle of coordinating the new factory site and environment, reducing contamination and considering the benefit of both enterprise and the local residents.A comprehensive study was made on the enviro nmental index and the project of the littlest comprehensive number was best.Results The numbers of 4 sets of moving projects were 5, 6, 7 and 11 respectively.
      Conclusion   The project of sestablishing segregation belt was best.
