不同浓度牛磺酸对原代培养皮层神经元的影响

Effect of different concentration of taurine on cultured cortex neuron

  • 摘要:
      目的   研究不同浓度牛磺酸对原代培养的皮层神经元生长及存活的影响。
      方法   建立新生大鼠皮层神经元原代培养技术, 加载不同浓度牛磺酸对培养皮层神经元进行干预, 观察神经细胞的生长和存活情况。
      结果   适当浓度的牛磺酸能够促进培养的皮层神经元存活, 突起生长, 促进神经元间网络的形成。
      结论   牛磺酸能够促进原代培养皮层神经元生长。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To study the effect of different concentration of taurine on cultured cortex neuron growth and exist.
      Methods   The technique was builded by new-born rats cortex neuron culture.Different concentration of taurine was added to intervene and to study the culture.
      Results   Proper concentration taurine promoted cultured cortex neuron to exist, and to format networks among neurons.
      Conclusion   Taurine could promote cultured cortex neuron grow.
