番茄红素对高脂血症大鼠血脂及抗氧化酶影响

Effects of lycopene on blood lipid and antioxidation in hyperlipidemia rats

      目的   观察番茄红素对实验性大鼠高脂血症的调节作用及抗氧化系统的影响。
      方法   将40只纯种雄性健康Wistar按体重和血脂水平随机分成4组, 分别接受正常饲料、高脂饲料、高脂饲料加番茄红素(低、高剂量分别为10, 20mg/kg)灌胃处理.5周后取血测定血脂及抗氧化酶含量。
      结果   与高脂模型组大鼠相比, 给予番茄红素可降低大鼠血清总胆固醇和甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的含量, 升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇, 使血清和肝组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力上升, 丙二醛(MDA)含量降低(P < 0.05)。
      结论   番茄红素对高脂饲料饲喂的大鼠血脂水平有明显的调节作佣, 可以降低高脂血症大鼠血脂水平, 提高抗氧化能力, 抑制脂质过氧化。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To study the effects of Lycopene(LP)on blood lipid and antioxidative enzyme in hyperlipidemic rats.
      Methods   Forty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups according to body weight and serum cholesterol levels.They were fed one of four diets, a reference diet, a high fat supplemented diet and a high fat supplemented with 10 mg/kg, 20 mg/kg LP.After 5 weeks, blood lipid and antioxidative enzymes capacity were determined respectively.
      Results   Compared with model, LP could reduced the serum TC, TG, LDL-C concentration, increased SOD and GSH-Px activities, decreased MDA content significandy(P < 0.05).
      Conclusion   LP might play an important role in preventing hyperlipidemia through its antioxidative effect.
