洪涝灾害年人群血吸虫感染规律

Study on regulation of schistosoma infection in flood year

  • 摘要:
      目的   探索洪涝灾害年不同时段人群血吸虫感染规律。
      方法   于感染季节前、汛前期、洪水期、退水期分别采用kato-katz法和集卵孵化法, 检查人群血吸虫感染情况, 计算人群血吸虫感染率和感染度。
      结果   汛前期、洪水期、退水期人群血吸虫感染率分别为0.57%, 0.70%, 4.43%, 退水期人群感染率显著高于汛前期(χ2=26.94, P < 0.01)和洪水期(χ2=27.80, P < 0.01)。
      结论   洪涝灾害年份退水期是江滩型流行区人群血吸虫感染的主要阶段, 应加大退水期人群血吸虫病防治力度。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To probe the regulation of schistosoma infection of people during different period of time in the flood year.
      Methods   To investigate the basic prevalence situation before the infection season, and examine the people by the methods of kato-katz and hatching in the early period of flood, flood period and later period of flood respectively in the flood year.To calculate the infection rate and infectiosity.
      Results   The infection rate of people in the early period of flood, flood period and later period of flood was 0.57%, 0.70% and 4.43% respectlvely.The infection rate of people in the later period of flood was higher than thatin the early period of flood(χ2=26.94, P < 0.01)and flood period(χ2=27.80, P < 0.01)remarkably.
      Conclusion   The later period of flood was the mainly per iod for the infection of people in the river beach endemic.Control measures should be increased in the later period of flood in the flood year.
