水源水中致泻大肠埃希菌的检测与分析

Detection and analysis on lapactic E. coli in water sources

  • 摘要:
      目的   调查致泻大肠埃希菌在不同年限、不同季节、不同水源水中的分布规律以及菌型分布特点, 为制定相应的防治对策提供参考依据。
      方法   在六安市区3个主要饮用水源各设5个采水点, 每点分上、中、下游间隔100m各采集1份水样, 每月1次, 连续5年检测致泻大肠埃希菌的分布, 并对分离菌株进行生化学、血清学鉴定和药物敏感试验。
      结果   检测水源水1080份, 分离到致泻大肠埃希菌149株, 阳性率为1380%, 河水、塘水的检出率分别为13.61%和14.17%, 无显著性差异(χ2=0.062, P > 0.05)。149株致泻大肠埃希菌分属23个血清型; 2000年5月份在河水中检出1株H2S肠道致病性大肠埃希菌O128:K67。
      结论   检测结果揭示了水源水中致泻大肠埃希菌的分布规律及菌型分布特点; 发现了产H2SPEEC O128: K67

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   The rule of distribution of lapactic E.coli in different time, seasons and water sources and the distr ibution peculiariy of bacterial type were completely surveyed in order to provide reference basis for corresponding prophy lactico-therapeutic measures.
      Methods   Two sampling spot of water were set up in each main water sources of Liu'an.One share of water in each upper, middle and under was 100 meters away from each other in every spot each month.To detect the distribution of lapactic E.coli in water sources and isolate bacterial strain by bio chemistrical, serological identification and drug sensitivity with five consecutive years.
      Results   149 trains of lapactic E.coli were isolated from 1080 shares of water sources.The positive ratio was 13.80%, detectable ratio of river and pond was 13.61% and 14.17% respectively with no statistical significance(χ2=0.062, P > 0.05).149 strains of lapactic E.coli belonged to 23 seroty pes.One strain of lapactic E.coli of producing H2S O128: K67 was discovered from river water in May, 2000.
      Conclusion   The rule of distribution of lapactic E.coli in water sources was completely brought to light, the distribution peculiarity of bacterial type of lapactic E.coli was made, and EPEC O128: K67 producig H2S was discovered.
