Abstract:
Objective To observe and analyze the features of the blood routine examinatio n and sero logical enzyme examination of the 26 cases with severe Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome(SARS).
Methods Compared with 39 cases with SARS, 26 cases with severe SARS were retrospectively studied.
Results The numbers of leucocyte, lymphocyte, hemoglobin and platelet in the cases with severe SARS are lower than the cases with SARS.The concentration of ALT, AST, CK, CKMB, LDH in the cases with severe SARS are higher than the cases with SARS.
Conclusion The blood routine examination and serological enzyme examination were very important in the early diagnosis of severe SARS.
