Survey on physical growth and development of 0-3 years old children in country

摘要:
目的了解广西农村0~3岁婴幼儿体格生长发育水平。
方法按单纯随机抽样原则对广西6县1983户有0~3岁婴幼儿家庭进行入户问卷调查, 进行儿童身高体重测量和780对母子血色素(Hb)检测。
结果广西6县农村儿童营养不良发生率达67.8%, 低体重发生率达29%, 发育迟缓发生率达30.6%, 婴幼儿贫血发生率达38.5%。
结论广西农村婴幼儿发育健康水平低下, 改善农村儿童营养状况, 增强体质迫在眉睫。

Abstract:
Objective To comprehend the level of physical growth and development of 0-3 years old children in Guangxi country.
Methods By sample random sampling to survey 1983 family thathave 0-3 years old children by questionnaire and to measure the weight and height of child. To measure hemochrome of 780 pair children and mothers.
Results To 0-3 years old children in Guangxi country, the malnutrition rate was 67.8%, the rate of under wieght was 29%, the rate of stunting was 30.6%, and the anaemia rate was 38.5%.
Conclusion The health level of 0-3 years old children in Guangxi country is low, it is urgent to promote medical and health level of child in country.
