      目的   检测八氯二丙醚(S2)的细胞恶性转化作用。
      方法   采用传代细胞系BALB/c3T3细胞进行细胞毒性实验确定转化实验的剂量范围, 再进行细胞转化实验并对转化细胞进行恶性行为鉴定。
      结果   S2各剂量组均能诱发该细胞出现典型的细胞转化灶, 并呈剂量-反应关系; 软琼脂培养证明转化细胞为恶性转化细胞。
      结论   S2具有致BALB/c3T3细胞恶性转化作用, 有必要进行深入研究。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To explore the effects of cell malignant transformation of octachlorodipropyl ether(S2).
      Methods   Using BALB/c3T3 cells to do cells toxicity experiment to determine the scope of doses, then to do cells malignant transformation experiment and to verify the malignant character of transformational cells.
      Results   S2 could induce the malignant transformation of BALB/cB T3 cells, and dose-dependent effect was noticed.
      Conclusion   S2 possessed BALB/c3T3 cells malignant transformation ability and it was necessary to study it further.
