淮南地区华支睾吸虫中间宿主感染情况调查

Investigation on intermediate host infection of clonorchis sinensis in Huainan area

摘要:
目的了解淮南地区华支睾吸虫中间宿主(淡水螺和淡水鱼虾)的感染情况。
方法用直接压片法检查淡水螺体内的华支睾吸虫尾蚴; 用直接压片法和消化法检查淡水鱼虾体内的华支睾吸虫囊蚴。
结果淡水螺的感染率为0.25%, 淡水鱼的感染率为16.94%, 淡水虾的感染率为5.83%。
结论在淮南地区淡水鱼虾中检测到华支睾吸虫囊尾蚴, 提示淮南地区人群有感染华支睾吸虫病的危险性。

Abstract:
Objective To inspect the infection of intermediate host of C.sinensis in Huainan area.
Methods The direct compression was used to check the cercaria of C.sinensis in Spiral shell's.The direct comression and artificial digestion method were used to examine the encysted metacercaria of C.Sinensis in freshwater fishes.
Results The infection rate of Spiral shell's was 0.25%.The infection rate of freshwatwer fishes was 16.94%.The infection rate of freshwater shrimp was 5.83%.
Conclusion Encysted metacercaria of Clonorchis Sinensis could be checked in freshwater fishes in Huainan area, which indicated there had the danger of infect Clonorchiasis in the crowd of huainan area.
