载脂蛋白(a)表型与冠心病及血清LP(a)含量的关系

Relation ofApo(a) Phenotype to CoronaryHeartDiseaseand LP(a) Concentration

  • 摘要: 为探讨载脂蛋白(a)(Apo(a))与冠心病及血清脂蛋白(a)(LP(a))水平的关系,采用1:1配比病例-对照研究方法,共收集调查对象102对,采用ELISA法测定血清LP(a)、SDS-PAGE电泳及免疫印迹技术测定Apo(a)表型。研究发现病例中Apo(a)的S1、S2区带出现频率多于对照,S4和测不到表型者少于对照,Ridit检验U=5.689,P<0.01;各Apo(a)分子量与其LP(a)含量的中位数呈负相关关系。

     

    Abstract: In order to know the relatpn of A po(a) pheno type to coronaiy heart disease and Lp(a) cnncentratpn,w e used 1:1 Case-control study and ceted 102 pall's Of cases and controts Lp(a) concentrations were measured by ELISA.SDSPAGE followed by anmunoblottingw as used to separate and visualize the pheno type of A po(a).We found that patpntshad a higher frequencry of S1 or S2 pheno type and a low er frequencry of S4 or null(not detected) than、ontrols in Ridit test P<0.01 there was a inverse correlation between A po( a) molecularw eight and the Median of Lp(a) concentration.
