脱脂无毒棉仁蛋白质动物营养试验

Animal Nutrition Experiments Of De-fatted Non-toxie Cotton Seed Protein

  • 摘要: 当前,在世界人口增多,特别是在第三世界存在蛋白质食品不足的情况下,大力开展棉籽蛋白利用的研究,使之作为食品工业原料和家畜饲料,有着十分重要的现实意义和经济价值。我国以往棉仁系有腺体棉仁,自七十年代起,中国农科院中棉所及湖南等省,引进了国外无腺体棉。

     

    Abstract: Wistar albino rats were fed with non-toxic cotton seed protein(group A),toxic cotton seed protein(groupB) or casein(group C). Body weights were determined once every three days and feces and urines were colleted daily from the 21st day,of experiment onwards for analysis. while body weights of rats in group A and C increased gradually,no increase was observed in group B.
