咪唑酸酯与青霉素对金地鼠实验性钩端螺旋体感染治疗效果的比较

Comparative Studies on the Effeet of Iimidazoleearboxylate and Penieillin against Experimental Leptospira一infection in Golden Hamster

  • 摘要: 一种新药与传统应用的有效药物进行对比,是评价新药疗效的重要方面。治疗钩端螺旋体病(简称钩体病)新的化学合成药物咪唑甲酸乙酸乙酯(ethy14(5)—imidazolecarboxylate简称咪唑酸酯,代号“751”)自研制以来,无论在动物试验方面或临床上都未曾与治疗钩体病的有效药物青霉素进行过对照观察。

     

    Abstract: Studtes were carried out to compare the therapeutic effects of "751" (ethyl4(5)-imidazoleearboxylate) and penieillin against leptospira infection in golden hamsters. The treatment was started 24 hr or 48 hr after challenge with 100 or 1000 LO60 of highly virulent Leptospira icterohae morrhagiae and the animals were observed for 14 days thereafter. The dosages of the drugs were the lowest dose usually used in clinical treatment of leptosp-irosis and 2 times or 3 times of that dose. In another exPeriment,animals were challenged with 100LO50 of leptosipra 48 hr after intraperitoneal injection of cyclophospilamide and treated with 3 times the lowest clinical dose.
