Establishment and Application of Hybridoma Cell Line Secreting Anti-Vibrio cholerae Monoclonal Antibody

  • 摘要: 霍乱是一种严重危害人民健康的肠道传染病,发病急,传播快。长期来,人们对本病的控制作了大量工作。

     

    Abstract: Four strains of monoclonal antibody (McAb) secreting hybridoma cell were established through fusion of mouse myeloma cell and BALB/C mouse splenic cell immunized with Ogawa strain (18001)of Vibrio cholerae (biotype El Tor).These cells, no matter when they were cultured in vitro or in vivo, were shown to be able to produce McAb against Ogawa, Inaba and Hikojima strains of V.cholerae,with high specificity. The immunoglobulin of one cell line belonged to IgG2b subclass, while those of the other three cell lines, nll Ieloaged to IgM.
