溴氰菊酯对不同发育期蚊虫的毒效实验研究

Toxicity Test of Deltamethrine on Various Developing Stages of Mosquitoes

摘要: 溴氰菊酯α-氰基-一苯氧基苄基(IR，3R)-3-(2.2-二溴乙烯基)-2·；2-二甲基环丙烷羧酸酯商名名称为Decis，是七十年代出现的拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂。据报导，溴氰菊酯对蚊、蝇、蟑螂、臭虫等均有较好的毒杀效果，具有良好的滞留作用，是当前防治卫生害虫较突出的拟菊酯类杀虫剂。

Abstract: Deltamethrine is a new insecticide. This paper deals with the toxicity of this drug to larvae, pupae and adults of Culex tritaeniorhynchus and C.pipien.The LC₅₀ of deltnmethrine for the larvae of C.tritaeniorhynchus is 8.4 × 10^-7 ppm and for the pupae 5.02 × 10^-7 ppm, and that for the larvae and pupae of C.pipien is 9.55 × 10^-6 ppm and 5,02 × 10^-6 ppm respectively.
