溴氰菊酯对不同发育期蚊虫的毒效实验研究

Toxicity Test of Deltamethrine on Various Developing Stages of Mosquitoes

  • 摘要: 溴氰菊酯α-氰基-一苯氧基苄基(IR,3R)-3-(2.2-二溴乙烯基)-2·;2-二甲基环丙烷羧酸酯商名名称为Decis,是七十年代出现的拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂。据报导,溴氰菊酯对蚊、蝇、蟑螂、臭虫等均有较好的毒杀效果,具有良好的滞留作用,是当前防治卫生害虫较突出的拟菊酯类杀虫剂。

     

    Abstract: Deltamethrine is a new insecticide. This paper deals with the toxicity of this drug to larvae, pupae and adults of Culex tritaeniorhynchus and C.pipien.The LC50 of deltnmethrine for the larvae of C.tritaeniorhynchus is 8.4 × 10-7 ppm and for the pupae 5.02 × 10-7 ppm, and that for the larvae and pupae of C.pipien is 9.55 × 10-6 ppm and 5,02 × 10-6 ppm respectively.
