催化吸光光度法测定人发中铁的研究

Study on Spcctrophotomctric Detcrmination of Ironin Hair by Catalytic Rcation

  • 摘要: Fe(Ⅲ)在稀硫酸介质中,能催化过氧化氢氧化甲基红的褪色反应。本文采取固定时间、恒定水浴温度,非催化反应和催化反应溶液的吸光值之差ΔA(A0-A)与Fe(Ⅲ)浓度在0~04μg/25ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,由此可建立测定生物样品中微量铁的新方法。本法的灵敏度为2.0×10-11g/ml

     

    Abstract: Fe(Ⅲ) in H2SO4 medium cancatalyze the decotorizing reaction which results from the oxidation of Methylred by hydrogen peroxide. In fixed time and tempera ture, the difference of the spectrome tric values(A-A) between the catalytic rectionand the non-catalytic reaction have satisfactory linsear relation with the concentration of Fe(Ⅲ) wihtin the range of 0~0.4g/25ml. The new method has been applied to the determin tion of micro amount iron in biological samples. The sensitivity of the method is 2.0×10-11g/ml
