沙漠干热环境15kg负重应激行军对人体HSP27的影响

  • 摘要: 为探讨沙漠干热环境负重应激行军(热休克蛋白27)(HSP27) 的变化规律,对在沙漠干热环境中15kg 负重,以不同速度和时间行军的56 名战士和14名对照血浆HSP27 进行了研究。结果发现,15kg 负重情况下,以3-5km/h 和5km/h 速度行军,各不同行军时间组HSP27明显增高(P<0-01).虽然3-5km /h 行军2、3小时组HSP27 明显高于行军1 小时(P<0-05),但5km/h 各不同行军时间组同一行军时间的不同行军速度之间无差异(P> 0-05).该结果提示,沙漠干热负重应激行军HSP27 的表达在最初2小时最为活跃,行军2 小时达高峰;HSP27 的降解大约在行军1 小时后加速,行军2 小时HSP27 的表达和降解达到新的平衡。

     

    Abstract: To explore the ergulation of hea t shock protein 27(HSP27) in case of marching with 15kg in dry-heat desert, the plasmas HSP27 of 56 marchers and 14 controls were detected.The results revealed that there is sig nificant difference between exposed g roups and control(P<0.01), and between for 1 hour and 2 or 3 hours at 3.5km/ h(P <0.05), but there is no significant difference between different time exposures at 5km/h, a t 3.5km/ hand 5km/ h for the same time.It w as in the first 2 hours that HSP27 w as expressed the most activ ely, and in he second hour that HSP27 degraded the most quickly.After marching for 2 hours, a new balance between the synthesis and consumption of HSP27 regained.
