Abstract: Members of the cooperative group of the project carried out investigation and evaluation of intervention measures of health education for raising the health quality of students at twenty middle and primary schools in 5 counties, which were distributed over different areas. The results were shown as following: strengthening health education of personal of students can raise the hygienic consciousness and health quality.the rate of students who have health knowledge was higher than that of the control points by 42.6%(P<0. 001). The rate of health behaviour formation was also higher than that of the control point by 32.3%(p< 0. 001).The rate of eligibility of the oral health of the students was higher one fold than the control points. The rate of eligibility of hand hygiene increased by 6.57% (p<0. 001) . Thus it can be seen that the intervention measures of health education were the fundamental measures for raising health quality of the whole people.
