福建宁化斑点热蜱类媒介及宿主调查研究

Study on the Host Animal and Transmission vector of SFG in Nighua County Fujian Province of China

  • 摘要: 在福建宁化已发现的斑点热疫区内进行蜱类媒介及宿主调查。分别在野鼠?野免?野猪?麂?狗?牛等宿主体表捕捉各种蜱类,用鸡胚卵黄囊感染法分离斑点热群立克次体(SF-GR),用微量补结?PCR/RFLP等分子生物学技术对分离株进行鉴定。结果共查出蜱类12种,鉴定分类5000余只。麂?野鼠?野猪感染SFGR率分别为12.50%?9.47%?58.33%。从媒介?宿主?病原学上进一步证实福建存在北亚斑点热疫源地的可能性。

     

    Abstract: In order to find out the host and transmission vector of Spotted Fever group Rickketts iosis(SFG)in Ninghua county. Fujian Province of China,from 1994 ~ 1997,the investigation and study have been carried out in endemic areas,indetification 13 s pecies of Ixodioideas,they are obtained from the animals,include rattus and wild boar,hare,muntiacus reevesi Ogilby. Then isolated SFGR from the Ixodioideas,using embryonated hens eggs couldbe and mCF,PcR/ RFLP etc. Result the SFGR infection rate of host an-imals is 12.50%,9.47 %,58.33 %,include muntiacas reevesi Ogilby,wild rattes and wild boar,Isolated SFG rickettsia from Haemaphysalis yeni,it is first report in the world. Conclusion it's make farther confirm that there may be endemic areas of North Asia Ferer SFG in Fujian of China from host animal transmisson Vector and aetiology.
