Evaluation for Jointaction of Organophosphorus and Pyrethroid Pesticides

LD₅₀ and 95%confidence limits of phoxim,fenvalerate,cyhalothrin,cypermethrin,profenofos and mixture(mixed according to ratio of LD₅₀)of phoxim and fenvalerate,phoxim and cyhalothrin,cypermethrin and profenofos were assessed using kaber's method.Jointaction of above pesticide mixtures were evaluated by Comparative Method of expected and experiment LD₅₀,Equivalent Effect Curve Method and Logistic Regression Method.It was found that there was the synergistic effect between phoxim and fenvalerate,synergistic effect or additional effect between phoxin and cyhalothrin and synergistic effect between cypermethrin and profenofos after the mixedness.A bit difference of result among three evaluation methods was observed also.
