The Method Research of Lentinan Determination

In order to select an accurate,simple method of lantinan determination,this article compare the different methods of anthrone-sulfuric method,phenolsulfuric method and direct-titration method.The result showed:lentinan detected by anthrone-sulfuric method is higher than other methods,the restore rate is 113.6% ～145%.The sensitivity is not good of direct-titration method,the restore rate is only 42.8%～85.8%.Phenol-sulfuric method is not only higher in sensitivity,but also is satisfied of restore rate(92.5%～1.0).The result declares that phenol-sulfuric method is a better method in detecting the lentinan.
