The Effects of Different Proportion of DangGui and HuangQi on Rat’s TLH Group and IL-2

We observed the effects of different compatibility of Dang Gui and Huang Qi which consist of Dang Gui Blood-Enriching Liquid in different levels of cellular immunity.We used three proportions of Dang Gui and Huang Qi as follows:A was one to oue, B was one to five and C was five to one,compared with the normal group and the TLH group,We measured the effects on T lymphocyte subsets and Interleukin-2 in the mice mode of immunosup-pression which causd by C Y.The results showed that A,B,C and TLH all enhanced the content of IL-2,but the results of B and C were better than those of TLH and A.Conclusion:Dang Gui Blood-Enriching Liquid can improve the function of immunity,but different proportion,different effects and emphases.
