Analysis on Investigation Between Methods of Drug Using and Infection of HIV、HCV、HBV and Syphilis of Drug Addidcts of Hainan Province

In order to know the actual situation between methods of drug using and infection of HIV、HCV、HBV and Syphilis.So they could provide scientific basis for drawing up prevention tactics. They investigated 514 drug addicts through sero-epidemiology method and behavior questionnair in three counties.Result:66.15% of drug addicts only used mouth taking way.33.85% of them used way of intravenous injection.24.71% of intravenous taking drug addicts shared their syringes.The positive rates of Anti-HIV、Anti-HCV、HBsAg and Syphilis were 0.195%、29.67%、22.85% and 7.03%.The drug addicts were high risk people of four infectious diseases.Sharing Syringes influenced the infections of HIV and HCV more than HBV and Syphilis.
