Quality-quantity Cox Regression Analysis on Type 2 Diabetic Retinopathy

  • This paper discussed influencing factors of type 2 diabetic retinopathy by means of quality-quantity Cox regression method. The results showed that liking to eat lard,having the family history of diabetes mellitus,higher plasma total cholesterol(TC)level, higher plasmatrigly cerides(TG)level and higher body mass index (BMI)are risk factors of type 2 diabetic retinopathy,whose relative risks are 2.009,1.665,1.213,1.208 and 1.056 respectively, and that eating more cerceal or flour and properly increasing leisure time physical activities are its protective factors,whose relative fisks are 0.542 and 0.659 respectively.
