The Joint Action of Smoke Inhalation and Iodine Deficiency to Child Bearing Women’s Thyroid and Ovary Function

This paper adopted facto-rfactorial design principle and observe the coexist of iodine deficiency(ID)and smoke inhalation (SI)had jointaction to young womens thyroid and o vary function.The results showed that two FT₄,FT₃ content and E₂ content decreased with two fators(P_av<0.01);TSH and TG contents increased.Smoke inhalation had the same actions,but these can not show with simple iodine deficiency.This pointed out that iodine deficiency and smoke inhalation and simple smoke inhalation can affect female hormone,and may affect the normal development of ovum somake latent effect on pregnant or iodine deficiency of embryo.In the are a of iodine deficiency,it is more necessary to give smoke inhalation women iodine protects.
