Study on Detection of Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome Virus Gene in Cultured Cells of Gasmid Mites and Chigger Cgigger Mites

To study the location of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome virus(HFRSV)in mites cells,one layer cells were cultured. The results showed the one layer cells of mites were growing well in 24h,had vigorous growth in 15 days,and cells occurred pathological changes and dropped in 20 days. HFRSV could be detected after cultured 15～20 days. The antigenicity of HFRSV in gasmid mites and chigger mites were the same. All the above demonstrate HFRSV located in gasmid mite and chigger mite.
