Observation on Immune Effect of HBV Accine in Different Model

In order to adopt the Immune Model of HBV for northern middle social economical country,observation on immune effect of HBV vaccine was made in three local country in Shandong Proince.1518 pregnant women were screened before give birth to baby.2104 in fants were divided into 4 groups by their mothers, screen results and vaccined in different Immune Model.HBV immune index was monitored one year later.The results showed all the HBsAb positive rate over 89.5% baby's,anti-HBs positive rate between screening mothers.and unscreening mothers.have nonsignificant stastistics sense,anti-HBs positive rate after one year between two model have nonsig nificant stastistics sense.
