The Function of Tranfer Factor to the Stability and Adjuvant of Attenuated Live Vaccine of HAV

The study is about the transfer factor(TF)being capable of enhancing the stability of attenuated live vaccine of HAV with the effect as same as 1M MgCl₂.The titer of vaccine mixed with TF still was higher than 6.50 log CCID/ml after being stored at 4～8℃ for 6 months,room temperature for 3 weeks.37℃ for 7 days. The result showed that the HAV antibody rates of the mice immunized by live attenuated Hepatitis A vaccine with or without TF were 100% and 80% after injected for 5 weeks,and the GMT were 1:1.62 and 1:2.64.It showed good immunoresponse when live attenuated hepatitis A vaccine mix with TF.
