Study on the MCLRs Causing Tumor through Special Receptor

Use method of I¹²⁵ labeled MCLR to detect the special distributing pattern in mice organ and special MCLR receptor binding factor in mice hepatocyte.Results show that MCLR was accumulated in mice liver and kidney maybe due to special MCLR receptor presented on the surface of hepatocyte.The receptor identification suggested that new tox routine of MCLRcs tumor promoting activity.
