Effects of Aluminium on TNFα Levels Which Produced by Human T and B Lymph Cells in Vitro Cultivation Experiment

To explore the effects of aluminium(AlCl₃)on TNF levels which produced by human T and B lymph cells in vitro cultivation experiment.Some parameters in immunocology were examined after the T and B lymph cells cultivated with the different levels of AlCl₃ for 24 hours and 48 hours.The T and B lymph cells growth functions were determinated by directly counting under the microscope.TNF_α levels in the cultivated liquid were deter minated by ELISA method.Compared to the control group,the T and B lymph cells growth functions and their TNF_α levels in the cultivated liquid were significantly decreased after in vitro cultivated for 24 hours and 48 hours.There are direct inhibitory effects of AlCl₃ on human T and B lymph cells growth function and the levels of TNF_α which produced by human T and B lymph cells in vitro cultivated experiment.
