An Correlation Study of DNA Adduct and Micronucleus Formation of Extpactable Organic Mass

In this study,the two TSP samples were collected and org anic compounds were extracted in order to find the relationship between DAN damage and cellular genetic changes.DNA adduct were analyzed using P³²-postlabellling method with p₁ nuclear modification.Microncleus were detected using conventional micronuleus test.We found there were correlation between persistence of DNA adduct and the microuncleus formation.It indicated DNA damage maybe relate to cellular genetic changes in mouse.
