The Effect of Sagittaria Agittifolia on Changes of Cyfra21-1 and CEA in Rats of CCl4 Experimental Liver Fibrosis

Objective In order to investigate the implication of dynamic changes of cyfra21-1 and CEA in rats of experimental liver fibrosis.Methods The rat models of liver fibrosis were induced by CCl4.cyfra21-1 and CEA in serum and cultured peritoneal macrophages were measured at 12 week.Histological changes were analyzed by pathological method.Results As the liver fibrosis was developed,the cyfra21-1 and CEA were increasing.Especially,the cyfra21-1 and CEA level in serum and degree of liver fibrosis of experimental group with Sagittaria sagittifolia was significantly decrased compare with positive control group.Conclusions The results suggest that cyfra21-1 and CEA could be reaction the damage of liver fibrosis and Sagittaria agittfolia could reduce the degree of damage.Sagittaria agittifolia is worthy of exploiting as the healthful diet for human.
