Amplifing p53 Gene Hot Mutation Segment of Pareffin Embedded Mouse Tissue with PCR
-
Abstract
Objective To amplify the p53 gene exon 5 and exon 7 of the paraffin embedded mouse tissues. Methods The DNA was extracted with three methods and the extraction effects were compared with each other,PCR was used to amplify those exons. Results Better DNA of the tissues treated with xylene and digested 120 hours with proteinase K was obtainable. Conclusions A high successful rate can be acquired using these DNA as templates to amplify the mouse p53 gene hot mutation segments.
