Effect of Fluoride and Vitamin C on Blood Ca, P, ALP and Gelatine of Metabolism

Objective The article studied the chronic toxicity of fluoride on workers working with fluoride and carried out the vitamin C resist experiment.Methods The subjects were divided into five groups,randomly and supplemented orally with varied amount of vitamin C for 30 day,the intakes among five groups were 0,50,100,150,200mg/day per capital respectively.Results All kinds of symptoms can be alleviated by supplying proper amount of vitamin C the biochemistry index,such as blood Ca,P,A LP.Urine fluoride can be changed significantly.Conclusion The result implies that vitamin C can resist toxicity of fluoride.
