Study About the Relationship of dNTP, Mg2+ and Multiplex Polymerase Chain Reaction

  • ObjectiveLearning the relationship between the concentration of dNTP and that of the magnesium was investigated by performing Mult iplex Polymearase China Reaction.MethodComparing the result of the differnet co ncentration of dNTP and that of the magnesium by the MPCR.ResultThis test confirmed that any increase in dNTP concentration requires nad increase in the concentration of Mg2+ in order for the reaction to work,but increasing with the concentration of dNTP or the concentration of Mg2+ in each react ion system,there was no gelstr iips appears.ConclusionIncreasing with the concentration of dNTP, the bigger molecular weight gelstrip becoming brighter.Increasing with the concentration of magnesium the gelstrips becoming brighter,then disappea ing.
