A Study on Fast ELISA for Diagnosis of Hydatidosis

A fast-ELISA was studied for reducing the test time.The paper showed that there were not significantly difference between the fast-ELISA and the convention ELISA in the sensitivity and specificity.The variation coefficient of the fast ELISA is 3.28%-7.69%.The suitable temperature and time of the fast ELISA is 37℃ and 5min.The fast-ELISA is used for the test of a laboratory and epidemiological survey.
