Investigational and Experimental Studies on the Genotoxic Effects of Acrylonitrile with Male

Objective To study the genotoxic effects of acrylonitrile on the exposed male workers and mice.Mehtods The paper investigated 341male workers in exposed group and 384 male persons in control group,the effects were evaluated by the birth questionaries.Eighty four male mice were exposed to acrylonitrile(60,90,120mg/m³)by breathing for 28 days,and the sperm teratogenesis were counted after the mice were killed.Results The results showed that the percentage of the dysgenesis was higher with the wives of the exposed workermen,and the teratospermia of exposed mice was significantly higher than which of the controled mice.Conclusion It can be concluded that there is genotoxic effects of acrylonitrile on exposed men and mice.
