Study on the Ration of Morphoparameters of Red Blood Cell in Silicosis Group

Methods Scanning eletron microscopy and image analysis system were used to measure morphoparameters and percentage of RBC in silicosis.Results Compared with nor mal group,the volume of RBC in silicosis group were obviously larger and the percentage of normal form of RBC were lower;the percentage of the spherocytes and the dimplecytes in silicosis group were significantly higher.Conclusion The changes resulted from damaged breathing function.Changes were relative to RBC lacking oxygen because of the damage of lunge function caused by silicosis.
