Comparison Study of Activation to iIEL by Somatic Polysaccharose of Bifidobacteria and E.Coli

  • Objective To exame the ability to produce Interleukin-2(IL-2)and Inter feron γ(IFNγ)in intestinal intraepithelial lymphocyte(iIEL).Methods iIEL was isolated from small intestine of mice by using Percoll disco ntinuous density gradient centrifugation. The somatic polysaccharose of bifidobacteria was isolated by organic solvent, which was cultured with iIEL.Results The test showed that the difference between the somatic polysaceharose of bifidobacteria and the control is obvious(P< 0.01).Conclusion The somtic polysaccharose of bifidobacteria could prompt the ability to produce IL-2 and IFNγ in iIEL.
