Study on 9619 Compound Preparation Enhancing Resistance of Body Heat Injury

  • Objective In order to find effective preparation to preventheat stroke and resist fatigue,to study effectiveness of preventing heat stroke of the 9619 compound preparation in Kuen Ming mice,SD rats and human respectively.Methods They were divided randomly into 2 groups,one group was treated with 9619 compound preparation,the other with cool boiled water or pepsi-cola(human),The animals were exposed to heat until death and the human were exposed to heat for 1hour by environmental temperature of 39.0℃-41.0℃,Tw of 34.0℃-36.0℃.Results The 9619 compound preparation prolonged obviously the survival time of mice in heat environment,remarkably reduced the rectal temperature(TR) and decreased the mortality of SD rats during heat exposure.After exposed to heat,the increment of TR in human reduced markedly,heart rate lowered 10.1 beat/min and the amount of sweating increased 0.134L in the treated group than in the control group.Conclusion It suggested that the 9619 compound preparation produced obviously effect on the resistant of the body to heat injury.
