  • ObjectiveTo examine the variations of the blood pressure level of hypertensive patients in the populationbased intervention trial.MethodsAccording to the three-level essential hypertension management measures all EH patients were mornitored during the inter vention trial.ResultsThe variations of average blood pressure level were in the same pattern during the inter vention trial i.e.lower from July to September, and higher from December to February. For the regular anti-hypertensive drugs users the BP level varied smoothly and was more stable or become lower. However,For the irregular anti-hypertensive drugs users the BP level varied greatly with more peaks and valleys.ConclusionThe community education programs(as a no-antihypertensive drug treatment)have a good effect on the critical hy pertensive patients to low the BP levels.
