Three-year Follow-up Study on 594 HBsAg Positive Serum Samples from High Prevalent Area of Liver Cancer

  • Objective Five hundred and ninety four HBsAg positive serum samples from Tongan area were followed up for three years to study the distribution of HBV infection markers,the infection situation and relationship of HBV,HCV and HEV,positive rate of AFP.Methods Five hundred and ninety four HBsAg positive serum sapmles were tested for HBV in2 fection markers,anti-HCV,anti-HEV and AFP by EL ISA.Results Positive rate of HBsAg declined to 86.36%,but HB2 sAg positive cases had more strong infectivity.The infection rate of HBV,HCV and HEV were 99.16%,0.84% and 10.77%,positive rate of AFP was 2 188.5/105.Conclusion HBV was risk factor for AFP.The infection rates of HCV and HEV were lower than the average of our country.
