Effects of Enclosed Air-Condition Room on Humoral Immune and Celluar Immune

Objective To study the change of human humoral and cellular immune under enclosed air-condition room.Methods IgG、IgA、IgM、IgE in serum were dectected by immune g lobins detection kits and the subgroups of T immune cell detected by APAAP methods.Results The levels of IgG、IgE、IgM,CD₃⁺、CD₄⁺、CD₄⁺/CD₈⁺ of the group in air-condition room declined,but CD₈⁺ rose.Compared with the normal control group,the difference of IgM、CD₄⁺、CD₈⁺、CD₄⁺/CD₈⁺ were significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The function of immune may decline as people working in the enclosed air-condition room for long time.
