Effect of Vitamin A Deficiency and Supplement on Expression of Hox Gene Protein of Mouse Embryos

  • Objective By the method of immunohischemistry the effect of vitamin A deficiency on the expression of Hoxgene protein of mouse embryos was studied.Methods Using mice fed VitA-deficiency diets.Results The expression of Hox gene protein in VitA-deficiency group(B)were remarkly lower than that of normal group(A).The VitA-supplement group were better than those of B,but lower than group A.Conclusion VitA affected the expression of Hox gene on transplantional level.
