Effect of Zine on Growth of Midbrain Neurocyte in Vitro

Objective The effect of Zine on the grow th of midbrain neuro cyte was investigated.Methods Using dissociated cell culture of rat embryo in vitro.Results In the presence of zinc,the diameter and volume of neurons as well as the content of protein in the cell culture were markedly increased in image analysis and FACS.Conclusion Zinc might play a promotive role in the growth and development of midbrain neurocyte.
